摘要:
      目的 探讨头戴式颈椎活动度(ROM)测量仪测量颈椎前路椎间盘切除融合术(ACDF)前后颈椎ROM的准确性。方法 回顾性分析2021年1月—2024年3月采用ACDF治疗的113例颈椎病患者资料,所有患者于术前和术后随访时拍摄标准颈椎过伸、过屈位X线片测量颈椎整体ROM,同时采用头戴式颈椎ROM测量仪测量颈椎整体ROM,并对2种方法的测量结果进行比较。结果 2种方法测量的术前、术后1年颈椎ROM和ROM变化值,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2种方法测量的同一节段(C4/C5/C6、C5/C6/C7)手术前后ROM变化值,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 头戴式颈椎ROM测量仪测量颈椎ROM与X线片测量结果相当,且更简便快捷、经济实用,减少了患者的辐射暴露,可作为仅需获得颈椎整体ROM数据时影像学测量的一种替代方法。

Abstract:
      Objective To explore the accuracy of using a head-mounted cervical range of motion(ROM) measuring device to measure cervical ROM before and after anterior cervical discectomy and fusion(ACDF). Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 113 patients with cervical spondylosis who underwent ACDF treatment from January 2021 to March 2024. All the patients were measured for overall cervical ROM using standard cervical hyperextension and hyper flexion roentgenographs during preoperative and postoperative follow-up. At the same time,head-mounted cervical ROM measuring device was also used to measure the overall cervical ROM. And the measurement results of the 2 methods were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the preoperative,1-year postoperative cervical ROM and ROM changes measured by the 2 methods(P>0.05). The changes in ROM of the same segment(C4/C5/C6,C5/C6/C7) measured by the 2 methods showed no statistically significant differences before and after surgery. Conclusions The cervical ROM measured by the head-mounted cervical ROM measuring device is comparable to the roentgenograph measurement results,and it is more convenient,faster,economical,and practical,reducing radiation exposure for patients. It can be used as an alternative imaging measurement method when only the overall cervical ROM data are required.
